Glasses and Frames

If you think that you or one of your family members needs glasses, you should address the issue sooner rather than later. Your eye health is extremely important to your overall health and well-being, which is the reason you should undergo yearly eye exams and a vision test to ensure your eyes are functioning properly.

.

The Eye Exam

During your eye exam, there’s a good chance your optometrist will find that you have one of the four most common refractive errors. These errors are myopia (also known as nearsightedness), hyperopia (commonly referred to as farsightedness), presbyopia (loss of near vision as you age), and astigmatism. If you are diagnosed with one of these refractive errors or another eye issue, your eye doctor may prescribe corrective lenses for you. If you need lenses to correct an eye issue, it will be up to select contacts, eyeglasses, or both.

Choosing Your Glasses

Once your optometrist determines that you need corrective lenses, you can choose a pair of eyeglasses from our optical shop. When selecting your glasses, consider your personal style and your lifestyle. Athletes might benefit from glasses designed for an active lifestyle, while those who suffer from computer vision syndrome might want a pair of glasses that feature an anti-glare coating or blue light blocking properties. We also offer designer eyeglasses and designer sunglasses for the fashion-minded.

Your eye doctor will also be able to tell you if you need a single vision lens or a multifocal lens. No matter your lifestyle or the refractive errors you need correcting, our optical clinic is sure to carry the perfect pair of glasses for you. Choosing the correct pair of glasses to suit your vision needs can be fun, and our team will help you choose from our extensive selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses following your vision test.
